We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join our growing team.
South Wilford is a place of high pace and high energy that seeks to offer all children opportunities to develop a deep body of knowledge as they are immersed in an increasingly exciting and brave curriculum. Intent, Implementation and Impact are at the heart of our curriculum development to ensure that we grow resilient leaners who are empowered by their knowledge.
Our school offers fantastic resources including a farm, forest school area and significant opportunities for outdoor learning. Our staff team offers strength in depth and being a faith school, pastoral ethos is strong. As active partners in the well-established and successful Transform Trust and Transform Teaching School Alliance, we are able to access a wealth of development opportunities. CPD and networking opportunities that deliver high impact are fundamental in our quest to deliver Quality First Teaching to all children at all times.
Pupil outcomes are excellent and continually improving. Parents, Governors and other stakeholders are highly engaged and supportive.
To be part of our team you will need a sense of humour, passion for innovation, energy and drive. You will have a genuine desire to inspire and motivate children and be someone who regards being a teacher as a vocation and an opportunity to touch lives and build young children’s minds. Don’t worry about the rest, we can teach you that!
