We are committed to ensuring that all our children and staff have an equal opportunity to succeed and excel in life; to be seen and listened to as well as represented and respected. To ensure that ‘Every Voice Counts’, for the forthcoming year we have the following equality objectives as a Trust:

• To be transparent about the gathering and reporting of equality data to understand the demographics of the Trust and shape the strategic direction of future developments
• To lead schools in developing inclusivity in all areas of practice, language and training to provide an inclusive curriculum where children are represented and seen
• To establish a Trust equalities group to champion equalities issues
