At Transform we like to think we do things differently, we are committed to providing a forward thinking, supportive environment in which to shape each of our member school’s improvement journey, without diluting their identity and community focus.
Our schools range in size from 210 to 700+ on roll, and are at different stages in their development, some requiring Special Measures, others Outstanding.
We are driven by the distinctive needs of each of our schools and whilst we have robust systems for accountability, each school has their own ethos and preserving these unique characteristics is a commitment made to every school when they join the Trust. As a Trust we aim to enable Headteachers to lead and develop their school in line with their own vision.
Individual school identity is important to us
Schools work together to improve and thrive – every school has something to offer
Shared working, learning and development for staff at all levels
High Impact support available from the Trust and Transform Applied.
“Transform Trust has provided effective support through shared training and staff development opportunities. Through rigorous monitoring and decisive actions, the trust has enabled the school to secure good teaching and improved outcomes for pupils. Leaders and teachers speak highly of the opportunities they have to develop their practice.”
Brocklewood Ofsted Report, 2017
“As a Headteacher new to the Trust, it is great to feel there is a wide network of support and guidance.”
Headteacher
“I have been given more encouragement, opportunity and support in the last 6 months than in the last 10 years of teaching.”

“Education is ever changing and working as part of the Trust means we are able to communicate and keep on top of the fast pace.”
