Each year Transform are extremely proud to hold our annual Transform Celebration Event which
brings together children and families from all of our schools to celebrate and recognise the
achievements of Transform children, schools and Governors.

We ask children to nominate their peers against the Transform values of Respect, Kindness,
Creativity and Equity. Children selected by their peers are chosen for their commitment to living the
Transform values through their work and enrichment activities. They are invited, along with their
families, to join us at a very special Awards Ceremony.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we rely on the support and generosity of local companies to make
this event possible and it is testament to the children and their achievements that we have been
able to gain some fantastic commitment from organisations over the years.

The Transform Awards event is held in July in Derby and Nottingham. It is always so fantastic to see
our motto, Together We Achieve, shared together with our wider Transform Community. Children,
staff, parents/carers, Governors and our sponsors come together for an afternoon filled with respect,
kindness, creativity and equity! Thank you to everyone who continues to make this event such a
huge success.
