Recognising and Rewarding Achievement

Children are invited to nominate their peers in line with the four Transform values: Kindness, Respect, Equity and Creativity. In addition, our much-loved Superhero Award recognises those children who have gone above and beyond throughout the year, consistently demonstrating the Transform values in all that they do. Award recipients are chosen for their commitment to these values through their attitude and behaviour and are invited to attend the ceremony alongside their families.

As a not-for-profit organisation, we rely on the generosity and support of local businesses to make this event possible. The continued commitment of our sponsors is a testament to both the impact of the event and the remarkable achievements of our children. We are especially grateful to our sponsors Zen Educate, whose ongoing partnership is invaluable.

The Celebration Event takes place across two dates each year: one in Nottingham for our Nottingham schools, and one in Derby for our Derby and North Nottingham schools. Last year, we were delighted to welcome over 200 children, alongside Trustees, Governors and sponsors, to celebrate together.

The event has become a much-anticipated highlight of the academic year and provides positive motivation for children to strive for their very best in all aspects of school life. Thank you to everyone who continues to support and contribute to making this event such a meaningful and lasting success.
