At Transform Trust we take data protection and your rights as an individual very seriously. We have worked hard to ensure the appropriate policies and procedures are in place across our schools so we are compliant; that we collect and process data responsibly; and that we store and dispose of information in accordance with the law.
“Sharing data helps makes life easier, more convenient and connected. But your data is your data. It belongs to you so it’s important your data is used only in ways you would reasonably expect, and that it stays safe. Data protection law makes sure everyone’s data is used properly and legally”

Coronavirus Update June 2020
Key Worker Information – since the Government’s announcement to close schools on 18 March 2020, it has been necessary for us to collect and manage the data of Key Workers and their children in a different way in order to comply with the Government’s guidance. We will only process and manage this information to ensure that our Key Worker children are entitled to a school place whilst schools are closed or during the time when they are partially open for specific year groups. Transform Trust and our Schools take their obligation to protect the processing of data very seriously and will ensure that the appropriate measures are in place to safeguard this information.
