Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

With diversity, equity and inclusion at the heart of our practice, we create belonging through an organisation that is able to engage the full potential of each individual in it.
We are committed to ensuring that all our children and staff have an equal opportunity to succeed and excel in life; to be seen and listened to as well as represented and respected. To ensure that ‘Every Voice Counts’, for the forthcoming year we have the following equality objectives as a Trust:
- To be transparent about the gathering and reporting of equality data to understand the demographics of the Trust and shape the strategic direction of future developments
- To lead schools in developing inclusivity in all areas of practice, language and training to provide an inclusive curriculum where children are represented and seen
- To establish a Trust equalities group to champion equalities issues
